1994:<\/span> Takeover of TasteTech Ltd (UK), natural food flavors and micro-encapsulated ingredients producer: www.tastetech.com<\/a><\/p>\n

2006:<\/span> Creation of SEAH International subsidiary in Qingdao (China).<\/p>\n

2010:<\/span> Takeover of Channel Sea Food, specialized in development and distribution of frozen seafood and etnical food and spices: www.channelseafood.com<\/a><\/p>\n

2010:<\/span> Takeover of Igloo du Nord, cold storage and logistic platform, located in Garromanche area in Boulogne-sur-Mer fishing port (F-62200): www.igloodunord.com<\/a><\/p>\n
